NA3 task and subtask leaders F2F meeting

This is a meeting for the leaders of NA3 tasks, and for representatives of NGIs with NA3 Global tasks. Representatives of Virtual Research Communities (VRC), who are interested in, or would like to contribute to EGI User Support Services, are also welcome to attend. Please contact the organisers (ucst@egi.eu) if you would like to attend as a VRC representative.

The main goals of the meeting are: 

• to review the status of NA3 technical services (training services, application database, VO services, Requirements Tracker, Websites) and the requirements
• to discuss and confirm the release process of the new versions of the tools
• to discuss NA3 plans for the User Forum
• vision for the next 6-months development cycle of the technical services

20 minutes presentation + 20 minutes discussion per service: - Training services - Application Database - VO services - RT system - Websites The presentations should cover: - status of implementation with live demonstration (including documentation) - clarification of the release timeline including plans for dissemination and user support - contribution to the user forum and possibly to other community events - ideas for the next implementation cycle (start date, requirements, issues) 20 minutes break included in this session
