The Conference will take place at the WCW Congress Centre and the EGI building in Science Park, Amsterdam. The actual "heart" of the conference is the WCW Congress Centre, that's where most of the sessions and registration will take place and the coffee breaks and lunches will be held.

WCW Congress Centre can be easily reached by train and bus. If you have problems reaching us, please give us a call.

Train to Science Park

The nearest train station is Amsterdam Science Park.

The Science Park train station can be reached by direct trains from Amsterdam Centraal. There are four trains an hour each way, leaving:

  • Amsterdam Centraal to Science Park - at 10, 23, 40 and 53 minutes past the hour

  • Science Park to Amsterdam Centraal - at 11, 28, 41 and 58 minutes past the hour (these four trains continue to Schiphol Airport, after a short stop in Centraal)

After leaving the train, take the stairs down, turn left and go straight ahead under the railway bridge. Follow this route straight ahead for a about 300 metres, until you see the Congress Centre on your left. It takes you about 5 minutes to walk from the station to WCW Congress Centre.

Train to Amstel station

The second closest train station is Amstel Station. From there, you can take bus 40/240 to Science Park, make sure you get off the bus at the stop Science Park. Cross the street the you will find the WCW Congress Centre. 

Bus

Science Park is served by the following bus:

  • Line 40: from Amstelstation to Muiderpoortstation (route)

The closest stops to the WCW Congress Centre are Science Park Aer and Science Park Aqua.

Travelling from the Airport

The most convenient way to travel to Science Park from Schiphol Airport is by train.

There are many trains from Schiphol to Amsterdam Centraal, take one. At Centraal there are four trains per hour to Amsterdam Science Park, departing at :10 and :40 (direction Amersfoort Vathorst) and :23 and :53 (direction Zwolle). Amsterdam Science Park is the second stop from Centraal, after Muiderpoort.

In total the journey takes about 40 minutes.
