A full cancellation is possible on or before May 20th, 2025 23:59 CEST.
Conference dinner tickets, social activities, handling fees and other administrative costs will not be reimbursed.
After May 20th, reimbursement is only possible with a medical declaration.
Substitutions are possible (sending a colleague in your place) but please alert us in advance at events@egi.eu.
