Ticket prices

Early Bird (closes on May 2nd)

  • 400 EUR   (+ 10/21% VAT and admin costs) for the Full Conference, Networking Event on Wednesday, and Side Meetings 
  • 350 EUR (+ 21% VAT and admin costs) for the Full Conference and Side Meetings (Monday-Friday)
  • 110 EUR (+  21% VAT and admin costs) for Tuesday (including opening reception)
  • 155 EUR (+  21% VAT and admin costs) for Wednesday or Thursday day ticket
  • 205 EUR for a Wednesday ticket  (+  10/21% VAT and admin costs) including Networking Event 
  • 50 EUR (+ 10% VAT and admin costs) for a separate conference dinner (Networking Event) ticket

Regular (closes on May 20th)

  • 545 EUR   (+ 10/21%  VAT and admin costs) for the Full Conference, Networking Event on Wednesday, and Side Events
  • 495 EUR (+ 21% VAT and admin costs) for the Full Conference and Side Events (Monday-Friday)
  • 150 EUR (+  21% VAT and admin costs) for Tuesday (including opening reception)
  • 195 EUR (+  21% VAT and admin costs) for Wednesday or Thursday day ticket
  • 245 EUR for a Wednesday ticket  (+  10/21%  VAT and admin costs)  including Networking Event
  • 50 EUR (+ 10% VAT and admin costs) for a separate conference dinner (Networking Event) ticket

All tickets include lunch and coffee breaks, and full access to the conference and exhibition on the day(s) concerned.

Combination tickets (e.g. Tuesday + Wednesday) are also available. 

It is possible to order a ticket 'all-in', which includes access to the conference and the networking dinner on Wednesday. Your final invoice will not include a detailed breakdown - it will simply say: Ticket 'all in'. If you need a breakdown get in touch with the registration desk.

Important Information

  • The system asks you to create an account. This allows you to edit your registration and/or add social activities when they become available. 
  • The system sends a confirmation email from the address: hola@titeam.es - you need the link in this mail to proceed with your login so check your spam if you don't receive it immediately
  • The system asks for (a lot) of additional information such as scans of identity documents or phone numbers. You can ignore this! 
  • Don't forget to keep your discount code at hand. A discount code is always associated with an e-mail address so it cannot be shared
  • For now, the only social event available is the conference dinner. You will receive a message when others are added.

  • Need an invitation letter for your visa application? Please note that we can only issue an invitation if you are registered and if your abstract is accepted. Letters for other persons, e.g., family members, cannot be issued. Thank you for understanding!
