EOSC-hub / OpenAIRE-Advance meeting for the definition of a cross-project Cooperation Agreement

Travel information to Amsterdam Science Park

• From Amsterdam Central Station: Train to station "Amsterdam Science Park" (four train connections per hour, 8 minutes of travel time).
• From train station Amsterdam-Amstel or Muiderpoort station: Take bus 40 to Science Park Amsterdam. The bus stop closest to the meeting location is called "Science Park Aqua".
• From Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol): A convenient direct train connection (30 minutes of travel time) is operated for transportation from the Schiphol airport to the Amsterdam Science Park train station on campus. Two trains per hour.
• For finding your way by public transport from any place in Amsterdam or the Netherlands you can use the Journey Planner. 
• Travel by bus and tram in and around Amsterdam is only possible using the OV-chipkaart. You can find information here. You can buy a disposable OV-chipkaart for one trip or for a predetermined short-term use. You can find additional information here.

Workplan

• Each team is requested to complete a document which includes three parts:

  A- Overview of activities and methodologies in the thematic area for each project

  B- An analysis of overlaps, gaps, opportunities

  C- A cooperation and activity roadmap (that will be part of the cooperation agreement) Part B an C will be gathered through a series of phone meetings.

• By 15 October: Complete part B and provide input to Davide, Damien, Natalia and myself on topics that should be covered in DI4R 2017, which will host various workshops on cross e-Infrastructure collaboration. The workshops will be used to discuss gaps, opportunities and a draft collaboration plan. Please note that this workshop was requested by the EC.

• 14 December (f2f meeting) Face to face meeting to gather input from DI4R, and advance the cooperation plan. The Cooperation Agreement is due by March 2018.

Meeting scope: - Presentation of short document on cross-project collaboration, including expected timelines and impact (re different stakeholders). Document will present the current status on progress of the collaboration with respect to the received recommendations. - Presentation of joint communication plan (36 joint communication landjoint communication plan (36 joint communication landmarks) to be finalised by beginning-mid January.
